You can also order any bike in its standard factory configuration with no changes. However, we strongly recommend choosing the Sky Bikes Premium Experience package for the best performance, value, and ride quality.

How We Work in 5 steps 

At Sky Bikes Premium Experience , every build starts with you. Here’s how we bring your dream bike to life:

1. Initial Consultation

We begin by understanding your goals, preferences, and riding style — whether you prioritize performance, comfort, design, or all of the above.This can be done in person or through a video consultation, making it easy to connect with us no matter where you are.

2. Measurements & Geometry Analysis

We take precise body measurements and analyze your ideal bike geometry to ensure the best fit, comfort, and performance. That can be done remotely or in store. This step helps us determine the perfect frame size and setup tailored specifically to you.

3. Frame & Component Selection

Choose from the world’s most prestigious frames — S-Works, Colnago, Cervélo.
We guide you through high-end groupsets, wheels, cockpit components, and accessories that match your riding style and goals.

4. Expert Assembly in Belgium

Every bike is hand-assembled in Belgium by one of the best bike mechanics in the world, ensuring unmatched precision, quality, and performance.
Every detail — from torque settings to finishing touches — is handled with expert care.

5. Final Delivery or VIP Concierge Service

After a complete inspection and testing, your bike is ready for pickup or secure worldwide delivery.

Purchases and Shipping:

When shipping a bike outside the European Union, we ship it without Belgian VAT (21%). However, local taxes and import duties may apply in the destination country.

We prepare a detailed quotation for the total cost of the bike + shipping, excluding Belgian VAT but including import taxes.

All international shipments are fully insured.

VAT-FREE

If you pick up your bike personally in our store and export it outside the EU, you can reclaim 21% Belgian VAT.
Example: a bike priced at €12,100 = VAT refund of €2,100.

VAT refunds are processed through vatfree.com.

Sales to Companies within the EU:

We also sell to companies registered in the European Union with a valid EU VAT number without charging VAT, in line with the rules on intra-Community supply of goods.

According to Article 138 (1) of the VAT Directive (2006/112/EC), Member States shall exempt from VAT the supply of goods transported between EU countries, provided the required conditions are met (the purchaser has a valid EU VAT number, there is genuine transport between Member States, and the transaction is reported in the EU VAT system).
